• Our certification process relies on an intensive QA process that documents the vital stages of a systems installation process. This process ensures we can confidently offer fire certification for installations.
• Our process involves liaising with the installing contractor, builder, building surveyor and if required the project fire engineer. We analyse and collate all relevant approvals, and then carry out an extensive documentation and inspection process.
• Once documented, the client has access to the buildings assets via an online portal. The certification process ensures the building is documented, so the building can be maintained in line with AS 1851 in the future.
• All passive fire installations in a building must be certified as complying with the relevant Manufacturers installation guidelines, the Australian Standards and all relevant State Legislation’s. Our team can recommend what is required when constructing a new build, and prevent incorrect work being carried out, thus preventing costly delays upon practical completion.

Australasia Fire & Security is able to carry out a fire audit of existing buildings as well as new construction projects in line with the fire maintenance standard AS 1851, and all relevant installation and test standards including, but not limited to AS 1530.4, AS 4072.1, AS 4100 and AS 1905.

• Our service technicians are experienced in a wide range of fire safety systems. Our experienced field technicians are able to carry out any  rectification works if required.
• Our fire audit process documents all of the fire assets of a building and logs them via our unique online portal. The fully automated system enables building owners and facility managers to login and check the status of their assets 24/7 and check their fire compliance status. Via the online portal you are able to see in real time service history, the number of critical defects, non-conformance, and non-critical defects that exist for any maintained buildings using our system. This online system is in addition to any physical hard copies of a buildings log book service history, and enable easy replacement of service records if and when required.
• Our technicians can consult on new construction projects before any works are undertaken to ensure compliant systems are specified and are able to be installed. This consultation process saves costly rectification works, reduces delays at handover time of a building and ensures fire compliance. We often see passive fire protection systems overlooked, and due to the nature of their required installations, this makes fitting after the fact slower and more expensive. Once the project is completed we can provide full 3 rd party certification with all relevant documentation required for the building surveyor.
